She is a strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and delivering results. With deep experience in launching innovative financial services offerings that drive profitability and increase customer loyalty, Pam is known for her collaborative approach and thoughtful insight. She excels in leading large cross-functional project teams, managing aggressive timelines, and delivering results.
Pam’s marketing expertise and business acumen were established through her marketing roles at Fortune 500 companies like Wells Fargo and Charles Schwab, where she was responsible for leading marketing efforts, including: the strategic positioning and pricing, demand generation strategy, and customer experience for a premiere offer for high net worth clients at Schwab; developing exclusive content for client appreciation events for high value clients; rebranding the $26 billion Stagecoach mutual fund family and transforming the sales support experience at Wells Fargo.
Pam holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Santa Clara University, and an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles.
In her spare time, Pam enjoys running, teaching piano lessons—and a tall extra hot mocha from Starbucks makes her every day complete.
