Karel Kammermeyer is a highly analytical and results-oriented professional with more than 20 years of experience in managing cross-functional business operations and technology projects across diverse industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Her expertise in strategic planning and execution, combined with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and technology integration, has consistently driven operational excellence and innovation.

Most recently, Karel was responsible for supporting the Selective Portfolio program's Technology and Client Experience workstreams and leading the financial forecast for the transition of TD Ameritrade managed accounts to Charles Schwab & Co. She was initially introduced to the program while supporting the conversion of USAA managed portfolio accounts to Charles Schwab and later joined the team to support the transition of TD Ameritrade accounts.

As a seasoned program manager, Karel has been instrumental in transforming strategic solutions to meet and exceed compliance regulations and in leading the development of mobile and web application solutions. Her leadership in these areas not only showcases her technical expertise but also highlights her commitment to enhancing client engagement through innovative digital platforms.

Originally from Minnesota, Karel relocated to Texas in 2019. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys travel, gardening, and spending time with her family and Labrador, Louie. Karel's balanced approach to life reflects the importance of both personal growth and professional development.
