Senior Strategic Consultant
Jennifer Regan is a senior strategy professional bringing more than 20 years of experience in strategy, positioning, product marketing, customer experience and process improvement. She enjoys developing and executing strategic marketing plans as well as leading large cross-functional initiatives to launch new offers or improve the current customer experience.
Jennifer began her career as a management consultant with Deloitte and EY. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles with health care and financial services organizations, including MVP Health Care and Charles Schwab. She is a member and former board member with the American Marketing Association where she held the volunteer position of vice president of programming. Jennifer earned her MBA in marketing from the Olin Business School at Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in English and History from Washington University in St. Louis.
When Jennifer is not working, she savors time with her husband and teenagers, plays as much tennis as possible, and plans her next travel adventure.
Jennifer resides in upstate New York.
