David brings more than 20 years of experience to the marketing industry, specializing in leading strategic planning, project management, content, and business development initiatives ranging from small-scale to large-scale projects. His clients have ranged from Fortune 500 to mid-market fintech companies, spanning multiple industries and disciplines. 

He thrives in an environment of ambiguity, leveraging his results-oriented nature to identify business needs and build out soft and hard systems for better efficiency and communications with the goal of exceeding clients’ KPIs. Given his broad range of skillsets, David has built a proven track record of delivering successful results. 

Most recently, he led marketing strategy and development for the Private Wealth Management group at First Republic, engaging with 13 different lines of business to revamp the content and communications platform strategy for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, advisors, and planners. This included the UX digital footprint of the website, refresh and net new development of content/advisor tools, the launch of a social-first media campaign, podcast exploratory, and digital/print publishing of the flagship magazine, Spectrum.

David currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he tends to his xeriscape garden on a regular basis when he’s not busy delivering expert strategic planning. He also has a personal and professional desire for all things investing. In fact, his penchant for writing led him to produce an investing newsletter on applying financial concepts with macroeconomic themes, which he has maintained for more than eight years now.
