Erik Radock
SENIOR CONSULTANT

Erik Radock has more than 30 years of experience leading the evolution of communication technology that integrates marketing, sales, service, and operations. Erik has notably led the advent of Charles Schwab’s behavior-based marketing websites, print-on-demand, and the integration of CRM and automation into digital and print communications.

He is passionate about building something from nothing at all as well as creating order from existing chaos; helping companies make use of the newest technology to improve their marketing and communications through the implementation of platform integrations, business process re-engineering, testing, and learning, creating the necessary training materials for proper use before turning these over to production teams for company-wide distribution.

Recently, Erik led a significant digital transformation of a Fortune 500 financial services company’s forms, shifting from manually built PDFs to dynamically generated Adobe Experience Manager files. This streamlined platform significantly reduces development time and overhead. Erik also oversaw the development of a new form design system aimed at reducing customer data entry and processing errors. His role involved managing input and feedback from more than 200 stakeholders across various departments.

Erik earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Advertising from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University. When Erik isn’t busy studying and coming up with new communication creations, you might find him building a bicycle or race/freestyle drones on top of honing his drone flying skills.
