Martha Gerhan is a highly skilled marketing and strategy consultant who has led several successful initiatives in sales management, sales enablement, data analysis, technology transitions, strategic planning, and critical business partnerships. Martha's innate problem-solving abilities have been highlighted throughout her career through analyzing growth opportunities, managing complex financial challenges, and leading crucial technology integrations. Her positive attitude, tireless energy, and extensive experience have enabled her to build consensus among diverse constituencies and drive impactful change for companies such as Wells Fargo, Medrio Inc., and Mitchell International.

While at Wells Fargo, Martha made significant contributions to the bank's digital and innovation channels. She played a vital role in mitigating fraud during the integration with Wachovia, drove the rollout of Wells Fargo's company-wide e-signature initiative, and spearheaded the definition and structuring of legal, risk, compliance, and business requirements for third-party data sharing and governance. Additionally, Martha played a pivotal role in designing and launching the bank's Covid-era Payment Protection Plan program, earning recognition from the company for her outstanding contributions and leadership qualities.

After achieving a Master of Business Administration degree, Martha became a founding board member of the UC Berkeley Executive Education program and received the Raymond Miles Alumni Leadership Award from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, during her tenure as Alumni President. She has also served as class president and on the Alumni Council of Dartmouth College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

In her free time, Martha continues to pursue her passion for swimming, competing at local, national, and world levels as part of the University of San Francisco masters swim team.
