Monica Bizjack is an accomplished and collaborative business leader with a rich background in the financial services industry across multiple roles in banking, brokerage, retirement, communication, marketing, and product management. She possesses in-depth knowledge of wealth management services such as philanthropic, trust, estate settlement, and asset management while specializing in business and product strategy, process optimization, risk management, and tactical execution.

Most recently, Monica successfully implemented a communication strategy to deliver critical information to advisors and leadership in Wells Fargo’s Wealth & Investment Management division. She also led a cross-enterprise team in developing an email surveillance program and communication strategy, strengthening controls for registered advisors on fiduciary accounts. Monica thrives on innovation and enhancing client, advisor, and employee experiences. She is known for her ability to simplify complex topics and foster creative problem-solving by bringing together diverse cross-functional teams.

After achieving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at The University of Texas at Arlington, Monica acquired her FINRA Series 7 and 24 as well as the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) certification.

Monica resides in the Bay Area with her husband and has two adult children in college. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, dancing, and hiking – and is now in the process of learning to play golf!
